Ideal place, I truly enjoyed very kind personnel.
The hotel was short walk to Pienza and the wineries, and the center thanks to its great location. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. I booked an economy queen room with a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. A bidet in the functional bathroom was a plus.

Spent Christmas in the hotel and had a great time. the staff was very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the clean and well-maintained accommodations, including a decent sized room. the breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring fresh fruit, juices, and a variety of homemade breads and pastries. the hotel is located near popular towns, making it easy to explore the area. there is a nice swimming pool with free access about 400 m away from the hotel.
The walls were very thin, and we could hear noises from the corridors and other rooms. Wi-Fi in the room was not working properly, and the connection was only marginally better in the restaurant.
